Mike Frazer joined KPMG from the Irish Financial Regulator where he was deputy head of insurance supervision. An actuary by profession, with an extensive background in the Irish life assurance industry, he had supervisory responsibility for the entire reinsurance sector, as well as leading the actuarial and financial analysis teams. Mike now leads KPMG's Regulatory group for the Insurance sector.
