President
Asocacion de Mercados Financieros
Mr Prados del Amo is the President of the Asociacion de Mercados Financieros which is formed by 95 Financial Institutions in Spain, including all the main Banks, all main Savings Banks and all main Securities Firms. He is Partner and Executive Deputy Chairman of Gesmosa GBI S.A. AV one of the most important broking firms very active in all Financial Markets. He is also principal professor of the Master in Finance at the CUNEF University in Madrid. He chairs the Euribor ACI European Commission Working Group and has formed the Expert Group on Securities developed by the European Commission according to MiFID level 2. He has addressed many conferences in Spain, Latin America, Colombia and Argentina and he is also President of the ICMA(International Capital Markets Association)Iberian Region(Spain and Portugal).
