Andrew Edwards
Author & Former Deputy Secretary to the Treasury in London
Andrew was formerly a Deputy Secretary to the Treasury in London. Since leaving the Treasury in 1995, he has conducted Reviews of Financial Regulation in the Crown Dependencies, Finance Ministries and public sector reform in many countries, HM Land Registry and the British Museum as well as giving many lectures on financial, company and trust regulation, combating financial crime, international tax co-operation and public sector reform. He was also a member of the Financial Issues Advisory Group for the Scottish Parliament and Professional Adviser to the Greenbury Committee on Directors' remuneration.
