Paris born, and US educated, Xavier Rolet has arrived at the LSE when it is in a degree of flux - so no change there then for the new LSE CEO. Rolet will use all of the skills achieved in his investment banking career to find a course that makes the LSE the benchmark exchange in Europe and not a loser in a very fluid competitive environment.
