Owen Kelly is Chief Executive of Scottish Financial Enterprise (SFE). An organisation that represents and supports Scotland's financial services industry in Scotland, the UK and internationally. Kelly was formerly Director of Communications at the Scottish Government.He was Private Secretary to Rt Hon Lord Selkirk of Douglas when he was a Scottish Office Minister and Principal Private Secretary to Rt Hon Jack McConnell MSP when he was First Minister.
