Noel Gordon is the managing director of Accenture’s global Banking industry group. Since joining Accenture in 1996, Gordon has held a number of leadership posts in its Financial Services group. He led the group’s outsourcing service line in the United Kingdom and Ireland as well as its management consulting and strategy units in the UK. He also served as client director for one of Accenture’s largest bancassurance clients.

Before joining Accenture, Mr. Gordon spent a decade working in Booz Allen Hamilton’s financial services practice, where he was partner-in-charge of the UK Banking practice. Prior to Booz Allen, Gordon worked as a banker at JP Morgan and NatWest Group.
