Mark Mactas is president and chief operating officer of Towers Watson. HE served as Towers Perrin's chief executive officer and chairman of the board prior to the firm’s merger with Watson Wyatt. He has overall responsibility for the firm’s business operations, including its regional operations and its three business segments: Benefits, Risk and Financial Services, and Talent and Rewards.
