Dr. Lutz R. Raettig is speaker of the presidency of Frankfurt Main Finance. He is chairman of the board of Morgan Stanley Bank AG in Frankfurt. He was chairman of the board of the Morgan Stanley Bank AG from 1995 to 2005. Since 2005 he has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board for the company. In addition, he has held numerous positions on management and supervisory boards of organizations in the financial sector. For example, he is chairman of the Exchange on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, Board Member of the Association of German Banks, a member of the Supervisory Board of Clearstream International, a member of the Supervisory Board of the Frankfurt Fair, chairman of the Banking Committee of the Frankfurt Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany.
