Irwin M. Stelzer is Senior Fellow & Director at the Hudson Institute. He founded National Economic Research Associates, Inc. (NERA) in 1961 and subsequently sold it to Marsh & McLennan. Prior to joining the Hudson Institute in 1998, Stelzer was resident scholar and director of regulatory policy studies at the American Enterprise Institute.
