Hans-Ulrich Doerig is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chairman’s and Governance Committee of Credit Suisse Group AG (since April 2009). From 2003 to 2009, he served as full-time Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Risk Committee. From 1998, he was Vice-Chairman of the Group Executive Board (until 2003) and Chief Risk Officer (until 2002). The Board has determined him to be independent under the Group's independence standards. Hans-Ulrich Doerig will remain Chairman until the AGM in April 2011, when he will be succeeded by the current Vice-Chairman, Urs Rohner.
