Guillermo Babatz is President of the Bank National Commission and Securities of Mexico. Previously, he has served as a Director of domestic credit in the Ministry of Finance and public credit (SHCP), with the responsibility of issuing the domestic public debt of the Federal Government and the development of domestic debt management programs.
