Oztangut is the Chairman of The Association of Capital Market Intermediary Institutions of Turkey and a Member of the Executive Board and the Member of the Board of Directors of Garanti Securities. Oztangut was chief auditor at the Capital Markets Board of Turkey from 1984 to 1994. He is a member of the Board of Directors in the Istanbul Stock Exchange Settlement and Custody Bank and a member of the Capital Market Sector Committee of The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey.
