Ronald Joseph Arculli, GBM, GBS, CVO, OBE, JP (traditional Chinese: 夏佳理; born January 2, 1939, Hong Kong), a solicitor of Hong Kong, is the chairman of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and the non-official member of the Executive Council of Hong Kong. He is also Vice Chairman and Director of the World Federation of Exchanges.
Arculli studied in England and returned to Hong Kong to become a barrister and solicitor in both the English and Hong Kong bars. He was the member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (LegCo) and the deputy chairman of the Liberal Party, he is also on the board of directors of the Asia Art Archive and the chairman of the Hong Kong Jockey Club.
