Michael Ryan is deputy chief executive of the Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority and also holds the position of Managing Director Policy and Enforcement. Prior to his role at the QFCRA, Ryan held senior positions in Merrill Lynch International Bank, including Managing Director and CEO.
