Joelle Ceccaldi-Raynaud is a member of the National Assembly of France. As a member of parliament, she represents one of the districts of the Hauts-de-Seine department (close to Paris). As a politician, she is affiliated to the Union for a Popular Movement party. She is Puteaux city mayor as well. As Mayor of Puteaux, France's richest municipality, on the outskirts of Paris. EPAD is the agency which runs La Defense, the Parisian equivalent to London's Docklands. Her father was also a former EPAD Chairman. Miss
