Jean Castellini is Secretary General of the Commission de Contr�le des Activit�s Financi�res (Monaco's Financial Services Authority). Prior to that, he was Advisor at the Princely Cabinet in charge of economic and financial matters. Castellini has considerable experience in the USA and has been a great influence in modernising the regulatory apparatus of Monaco.
