Andrew Richard Rosindell is an English Conservative politician. He is the Member of Parliament for the Romford constituency in Greater London. He has been a champion of Gibraltar in the House of Commons.

Rosindell was elected a vice-chairman of the Conservative Party in 2004, and in December 2005, he became an Opposition Whip. In July 2007, he was appointed as a Shadow Minister for Home Affairs. He is on the Foreign Affairs Select Committee as well as taking the Chairmanship of various all-party parliamentary group's.
